My order is processed – what does this mean?

– For fast food or alcohol orders, this means your order has been accepted by Zoom and is now in the delivery queue.

My food is late?

– If you have received a tracking SMS, you can see the location of your driver. If you haven’t received a tracking SMS, we can give you an update via the Live Chat.

My food has arrived, but there is a problem.

– Please contact live chat to resolve this issue.

The store is closed, but I know it is open?

– We are at our delivery capacity at the moment, the stores will reopen when we can take more deliveries.

Can I pay by Cash?

– Please refer to the payment options on individual stores.
